Finding My True Passion in Life

In March 2016, I discovered my true passion and that has made me the person I am today.
I'm a mom to 3 awesome kids and have family and friends that I absolutely adore!  I also have a "job" that I love, am 100% committed to, and that allows me to stay home with my kids.

Revitalize Fitness is my baby and it was born and is sustained by pure heart, passion and good intentions. My own journey of the adoption of a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that allows me to lose weight, feel amazing and live life to the fullest. This has ignited a flame so powerful in my soul that I must Pay It Forward and that's exactly what I am doing and committing to do every single day.
I have found a program that HAS changed my life and my passion for sharing that is on fire! I strive to inspire others to start a health and wellness journey of their own.
YOU have the ability and deserve the chance to design your life!
My wish for you is that each and every one of you finds what works for you, a support system that inspires you and keeps you accountable and that you discover pure happiness and self-love along the way!

Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

I love the warmth of oatmeal for breakfast on the cool mornings in fall. It's a great healthy way to kick-start my day and keep me full throughout the morning. I have been playing around with this Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal for a few weeks now and I have finally perfected it.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup pure pumpkin
1 tbsp raw honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg

This delicious dish both smells and tastes delicious!

Directions:

1. Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Pour into an oven safe dish like a 16oz corningware dish and bake at 375 for approx 20 mins.
3. Cover with a handful of chopped pecans
4. Allow to cool and enjoy!!

Fresh out of the oven. This time I skipped the honey and topped with maple syrup instead. Both are delicious options!!

Tip: Prepare the night before in a mason jar and store in your fridge to cut down on prep time. Then bake as per instructions
